A research psychologist by training, Daniel has been involved in the startup and running of successful independent schools and brings an innovative approach to learning, together with business acumen and a strong vision for 21st century educations. As the head of the IVE Group and former leader of prominent schools in Cambridge and now the South West, he is committed to high-quality personalised education.

Sophie spent over 20 years working in the film and TV industry. Initially for Jim Henson Productions - the company behind the Muppets, Dark Crystal and the Labyrinth,  and lastly as director of her own production company working on English language shorts for Cambridge University.  The Muppets instilled a love of a sense-of-fun in the work place which Sophie thinks is especially important in a school setting. Frustrated by the lack of any sense of humour on show during her school days, Sophie is a firm believer that children should laugh as well as learn.  

Nick is an established leader in educational innovation, leveraging technology to enhance teaching and learning. As the education consultant behind the acclaimed Caring for Life Education curriculum, his work has earned a UN Best Practice commendation. This pioneering curriculum is currently transforming primary education for over 100,000 children in China, Pakistan, and Greece. Nick holds a Masters in Educational Leadership and the Head Teachers qualification the NPQH, affirming his expertise and commitment to developing future generations.
